Terms and conditions/Fees


Our delivery fees include cost of products, weights, and materials.  All sales are final and must be paid in full at least 48 hrs prior to event. 

Custom colors upon request, additional fees apply.

$75 rush fee for orders < 7 day notice.

$30 flat delivery fee within OC local service areas.

$49 OC installation fee if you prefer an install vs. drop off.

$99 LA delivery fee, $149 Beyond OC or LA

$500 minimum order req. Fri-Sun in OC 

$500 minimum order req. to the L.A. area Mon-Thur, $1,000 minimum Fri-Sun.

(Tear Down/pick up must be requested seperately at time of order, $79 OC, $149 LA, $199 Beyond).

20% fee assessed for late payments, may increase with delayed payment. 

Please be sure to select local delivery option at checkout for OC delivery), fees may increase during rush hour or holiday requests or if outside of our service areas.

Please note, a $350 fee will be charged for any lost or damaged items installed for use at your event. 

We do recommend shaded areas be provided if your event is outdoor, to prevent oxidation.  

Must notify us upon installation or same day should you have any concerns.
