Delivery, Fees, and Refunds

Our delivery fees include cost of products, weights, and materials.  All sales are final.

Custom colors upon request, additional fees apply.

$75 rush fee for orders with less than 7 day notice.

$30 flat delivery fee within OC local service areas.

$99 LA delivery fee. 

$49 install fee if you need an install vs. drop off.

$500 minimum weekends in OC (Anaheim Hills to Dana Point).

$500 minimum to the L.A. area weekdays, $1,000 minimum on weekends.

(Tear Down/pick up must be requested seperately, $79 OC, $149 LA ).

Please be sure to select local delivery option at checkout for OC delivery), fees may increase during rush hour or holiday requests or if outside of our service areas.

Please note, a $250 fee will be charged for any lost or damaged items installed for use at your event. 

We do recommend shaded areas be provided if your event is outdoor, to prevent color fade. 

Please notify us of defects or issues no later time of delivery, if any.
